not everything. a lot of fresh produce is local and there's actually a few large cattle farms on the big island so beef prices were about the same as here. but yeah, flour, cereal, most commodities, WAY more expensive!
The only health thing is that long ears and tail provide easy things for the other dogs in the fight to bite. So that suggests to me that they are breeding and training the dogs for fights. In which case, they are not suitable humans to have animals.
I was looking at going to operating room technician school. Then I found out that lots of the job consists of washing down everything in the surgical suite, couple of times per day. No thanks.
that's really cool! I was looking at joining a surgery tech program for a little while, I wound up going with the Xray tech program instead (I'm waitlisted so who knows when I'll actually start though :/) it looks like a really interesting job though!

Right now even with utilities that is still cheaper then what I pay now. And no one can be worse then my last landlord. Blamed me for him disturbing the driveway when he plowed. Allowed gas leak that sent people to the hospital, then waited a whole year when the fire marshal said fix it or this place is condemned

yeah, I've heard that dealing with surgical scheduling can be a nightmare with add-on and last minute changes, but I'm glad you like the job! everyone I talked to about it said that it can be a good career if you stick with it
With that reasoning I've been able to secure extra handlers for me and working on other equipment stuff. But I am a different department technically than SPD. Yeah we got XI and SI but getting rid of SI for a fourth XI.

Alot of states, like Massachusetts offer insurance for people that don't have jobs or can't afford it. They also cannot deny you care or.chase you if you can't pay
I've seen many patients com from outside the country, from Canada, Mexico, UK, France, Russia come here to get treatment or surgery that they couldn't get in a appropriate time in their respective countries.
There are always tradeoffs but as a whole if I had to chose between being crushed by medical debt or wait times I'd almost always chose a longer wait if I didn't go bankrupt
Nothing is free. You have to pay everyone, from the medicine to the staff and supplies. One way or another you are going to pay for it. Or someone else will.

As someone in healthcare I would like a system of universal healthcare. But I have only been a patient in CT while a worker in IL. The ER wait times in my hospital is atrocious and that is the fault of the midwest system more than the US system. When it comes to charging patients for items, we do such a mark up it's disgusting.
Yup. They contacted me a few weeks back. Love the profile art. I told them I donβt trust them and they asked why, so I told them about some past experiences and they apologized and was giving me advice about it. Nothing like free therapy from a total stranger π€£

Like i spent over $300 on a new muffler and parts and specifically asked him to check over everything with the exhaust system and he said it was fine. Not a week later it starts acting up and today, its real bad
From what I can determine based on where the noise is coming from, it seems like the exhaust disconnected from the engine in the front, like maybe the flex pipe went? For the life of me i dunno what itβs supposed to do.
Yeah,way more function rooms. Some more sleeping rooms. Still trying to find out about suites.
